If you are ordering Personalized books, I need all the information filled out pertaining to the child. If the book requires additional information, you may use the comment field for this information. For example, Little One, Little One requires a loved one in addition to the information above. If you aren't sure, no worries, I'll contact you for that information or any other information that was omitted.
Picture Me books do not require the child's information. Just move on to the next book. |
