Books in stock will be shipped within 72 hours upon receipt of your order. Books not in inventory will be shipped within 10 business days. We make every effort to have every book in our inventory. We will email you or call you to let you know if the book is not in our immediate inventory.

After placing your order online, we will send you an email confirming receipt. Then within 72 hours, you will receive an email stating when your books were shipped. If you do not receive these emails please contact us at (919) 815-0658 and we will confirm your order.

Personalize It Books uses Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.  We will mail your entire order for $5.95.  No shipping will be charged on Santa Letters.

If you are not completely satisfied with your personalized book selection, you may return your book back to us within 20 days of purchase and we will exchange it for another book or refund your money.

Personalize It Books is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The information collected on our site is used solely to produce your personalized book. We will collect information from our users at several different points on our website. We will not sell, share, or rent the information you provide to others. This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.
